INDG is the outcome of the union of people that mean to implement, in the companies, what's best in the world, in management.



We are a teaching organization with some unique features.
Our job is to teach:
1. Inside of the customer organizations, at his workplace.
2. Keeping focus on the accountable results (if the goal is achieved, then the teaching was successful);
3. Through learn by doing and doing the homework together with the customer;

Along the process, we train people to do well what they do.



We set up projects that are defined through gaps identification (company needs). An initial planning is carried out encompassing goals (yields) and macro stages (battle maps), which are presented, discussed and approved. The project is then put into details and our team is put to work. During the course of the job, monitoring and adjustments are made so that the initially set up goals are achieved. One of our differentials: guide, follow up and participate in the implementation effectively.

Use your own staff to improve the results of your company by applying, in practice, what’s best in the world in managerial methods and techniques. They will be learning as they supply the results.
