The Institute for Managerial Development (Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial) had a substantial increase in the number of international projects in 2005.

A very positive evolution of INDG activities in the Americas and Europe was observed in the last few years, as show in the figure below

INDG started its activities abroad in 2001, as a result of a successful work in the implementation of its management system in some Brazilian companies, which then decided to extend these consulting activities to their branches abroad, specially in Latin America, North America and Europe.

Even with the striking increase of competition in the market of consulting services, especially in the more recent years, a remarkable expansion of INDG operations abroad was observed in 2005. Suffice it to say that these clients represented, in 2005, about 30% of INDG’s total invoicing.

At present, 32 projects are being carried out in 9 companies with activities in the USA, Canada, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Russia, Serbia, Peru, Colombia, Argentina and Uruguay. These projects are being developed with the participation of 117 consultants.

In the map above, the yellow color indicated the presence of INDG.
